  • Spouses buying houses is the best management company that I have found in Indianapolis. They are on top of everything. They handle everything from rent, getting the units refreshed and re rented, to income statements, and repairs. One of a the most important things to me as a property owner, is knowing they will get out to a repair as soon as possible. Which keeps tenants happy, and repair costs from getting out of control, such as if there was a water leak. They have a great and easy to use website. So a property owner can see everything that is going on with their property, from repair requests to billing, to if a tenant is late with rent. I have been with them for 8 years, and would not go anywhere else for management.

    We had a great application process, move in process, and currently, Kalee, the woman in charge of maintenance issues, has been extremely responsive. When we applied, we were able to ask all questions to make sure we qualify and wouldn’t go through the process with an unnecessary credit hit. I was even able to submit photos of my dogs before completing application so that I knew our family was welcome. The move in process was very thorough and they allowed us to complete two walk throughs before signing the lease. There were some issues with our home and Kalee has been extremely responsive even if it is just to acknowledge that she received the request and it is being worked on. I know there are some bad reviews on here, but I can certainly say I have had an excellent experience with Spouses Buying Houses so far.
